Meeting will be held at the Village of Volo City Hall Community Center. Enter the building and take the stairwell or elevator to the basement.  Please note: Due to scheduling conflict with the meeting space at Volo and/or Board member time conflicts - meeting dates and times may change.

Autumn Grove Annual Community Garage Sale – 2024 Dates TBD

The HOA will obtain the permit to cover all homes inside of our subdivision to participate in the community-wide garage sale. 
​Please feel free to participate in some or all of the days! Make it work for your schedule!

We will advertise via Facebook, Craigslist, road signs, and banners at both of our main entrances.

The Tree Replacement Program is a cost-sharing program encouraging property owners to plant new trees on their property. The planting of new trees improves air quality, enhances the visual aesthetic of the community, and betters the quality of life for residents.

The following parameters pertain to participation in the Tree Replacement Program:

• Residents are reimbursed 50% of the cost of a single new tree, excluding sales tax, delivery, and installation, not to exceed $200.
• The tree must be planted in the front yard of the home or the parkway.
• Program dollars are disbursed as a reimbursement after the purchase and installation of a new tree.
• Each household may participate in the program once every other year.

Residents wishing to participate in this partnership program must submit a paid receipt itemizing the cost of the tree, exclusive of sales tax, delivery, and installation, a completed W-9, and a picture of the new tree.

Receipts can be mailed to or dropped off at:  Volo Village Hall, 500 S. Fish Lake Rd., Volo, IL 60073

Pursuant to Village Ordinance, the following trees shall not be planted on Village parkways and therefore do not qualify for reimbursement under this program:

• Ash (all varieties)
• Poplar
• Black Locust
• Russian Olive
• Box Elder
• Soft Maple
• Catalpa
• Sycamore
• Chinese Elm
• Tree of Heaven
• Female Ginko
• Willow
• Mulberry
• Fruit Trees (all varieties)
