Alterations & Additions Requests
Any alterations or additions to your home must be first reviewed and approved by the Autumn Grove HOA Board of Directors. Use the form below to request changes to your home such as add a patio or deck, a fence, a shed, etc. The HOA Board are also homeowners in our community and know the importance of getting back to our fellow homeowners in a timely manner.
1) Download & print the HOA Alterations & Additions Request Form
2) Email your request to info@autumngrovehoa.org
3) Once you have received a written approval from the HOA, your next step is to secure a permit from the Village of Volo. The Village of Volo will not issue a permit to you before seeing you have obtained written approval from the Autumn Grove HOA.
